The Gist of Trailer Town
At this point you’re probably wondering why we call ourselves “The Movie Trailer Capitol of the World”. Well thanks for asking. Here’s the gist:
-
We’re finding all the trailers* so you can just play ‘em.
Because Trailer Town makes it so quick and easy to watch the trailer you want to see, we decided it’d be best to get every trailer ever made in here. It’s a work in progress – *and we’re nowhere close – but you can bet there will be a big party when we’re done.
-
We’re offering mighty fine watchin’ so you can enjoy ‘em like the good ol’ days.
We choose the highest quality videos, we do not allow video ads to play before trailers, we remove annotation overlays, and we trim unnecessary post-trailer content. On top of that we’ve customized our trailer player for maximum theatricality. Hope you brought some popcorn.
-
We’re hand-picking the latest noteworthy trailers so you can be the first to see ‘em.
If we told you about every new trailer you’d be in over your head. That’s why we’re curating them for you, only highlighting the ones we think you’ll want to see. And because we’re pretty quick, you’ll be the one texting your friends a link to the best of them. And not the other way around.
-
We’re maintaining the ultimate film calendar* so you know what’s coming (and what’s out).
You know how folks are always asking what noteworthy movies are coming out and when? And you know how the Internet doesn’t yet have a place that makes it easy to see the answer to this question? Well now it does. *Except we haven’t built it yet, but it’s a work in progress.
With these things in mind, you’re probably looking for another set of links to our accounts on the world’s biggest social networks. Look no further:
Note: As you can see, it’s a beta®! We certainly appreciate your visit, but please keep in mind that Trailer Town is not yet open to the public. How did you even get in here? Learn more
